I mean who doesn’t love a good pasta?!

Pasta is one of my all time favourite dishes and makes an incredible well balanced meal!

Grab these ingredients and cook!



3 cups Spelt rigantini
1 can organic chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp green pesto
1 garlic clove
Mixed herbs
1 vegetable stock cube
1 garlic clove
Brocolli & lots of Spinach


1. Boil the pasta for 10-12 mins on a high heat in a large saucepan
2. Blitz together all the sauce ingredients in a vitamix.
3. Once the pasta is soft, drain.
4. In a large saucepan, stir in the brocolli and the spinach and add the pasta sauce. Mix until fully combined
5. Add the Riganti and stir well
