Who doesn’t love Banana bread?! This bread is beautifully soft, perfectly sweet and the best kind of treat.

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup coconut oil melted

1/2 cup maple

2 eggs

2 ripe mashed bananas

1/4 cup oat milk/ almond milk

1 + 3/4 cup wholemeal flour

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees

2. Whisk the melted coconut oil, maple and eggs together until combines

3. Add the bananas and milk and mix until smooth

4. Add in the Wholemeal flour and fold the mixture in.

5. Place in a baking tin for 50-50 mins in the oven.
