So this dessert is so popular in Indian culture, and most Indian desserts tend to be pretty unhealthy sooo VOILA!!
A delicious flavoured, sweetened dish with melt in your mouth textures and aromatics from cardamom and saffron. Yum, yum yum!
1 tbsp ghee Oil
1 1/2 Sweet Potato cooked
1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 cardamom pods crushed
1 pinch of saffron
1. Turn saucepan on low heat and add sliced sweet potato and ghee
2. Add the milk, sugar, coconut and mix together gently until we’ll combined
3. Add saffron and cardamom
4. Keep on low heat for 3 min
5. Garnish with nuts and enjoy hot or cold
