These Cacao truffles are so heavenly. They are a perfect blend of soft truffle with the right amount of chocolate and sweet flavour.
These are absolutely perfect for snacks and I regularly take these into work with me!

Grab these ingredients and mix it all up!

 

Ingredients:
70g pitted mejdool dates (soaked in warm water for 30 mins)
50g cashews (soaked in warm water for 2 hours)
2 large tbsp peanut butter
50g cacao powder
50g coconut sugar
2 tbsp water
Ground almonds to coat

Method:
Combine dates and cashews in a food processor and process until paste formed. Add all other ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and add water.
Roll small amount of mixture into balls and coat in ground almonds.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy
