Apple crumble.. 1 of your 5 a day ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hot Apple Crumble is my absolute favourite. Not only is it super delicious it is very nutritious! I make mine with alot of nuts/oats so it could make an amazing breakfast too ๐Ÿ™‚

Grab these ingredients, mix them all together and BAM.. enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚



1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup pecans

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

3 tbsp maple syrup

3 chopped and peeled apples



1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees

2. Blitz the oats, almonds and pecans into a food processor until a flour forms

3. Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup until crumble pieces form

4. Finely chop the Apple or banana into small segments and place into a baking dish (add cinnamon if desired)

5. Add the crumble on top

6. Bake for 30 mins, after 15 mins turn the heat down to 150 degrees.

Serves: 4 generously
