Wholegrain pancakes topped with bananas, lime and coconut sugar. These make the best treat on a cosy Sunday afternoon!
50g wholemeal flour
150ml almond milk
Toppings: banana, lime, coconut sugar
1. To make almond milk: add 1/2 cup almonds to 150ml water to a vitamix and blitz for 2 minutes
2. Add the flour, eggs and almond milk and mix until a smooth batter forms
3. Grease a pan with coconut oil and pour a large tablespoon of batter at a time and flip em 😋
Pancakes are incredible healthy and an amazing nutritious dessert!
